What we collect
We collect only what is needed to create and deliver your portrait:
- The pet photo you upload
- Your pet’s name (for the artwork)
- Your email (optional, for delivery updates)
- Order and shipping details (handled by Shopify at checkout)
How we use it
Your photo is processed by our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate the portrait, then stored on Cloudflare R2 so it can be printed.
The print file is shared with Printful solely to produce and ship your order.
What we never do
We never sell your data, never use your pet’s photo for advertising, and never train models on your uploads beyond generating your portrait.
Retention
Generated portraits are kept for 90 days so you can reorder, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your photo and portraits at any time.
