The service

Petya ("we", "us") operates an online service that transforms a photo of your pet into an AI-generated artistic portrait, printed and framed by our print partner Printful and shipped to your address.

By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Your photo

You confirm that you own the photo you upload or have the right to use it. You retain all rights to your original photo.

You grant us a limited license to process the photo solely to create and print your portrait.

AI-generated artwork

Portraits are generated by AI. While we aim for a faithful likeness, the result is an artistic interpretation and minor variations are part of the creative process.

You receive a non-exclusive right to use the generated portrait for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Orders and payment

Prices are displayed in Israeli shekels (ILS) and include printing, framing and standard worldwide shipping unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed securely by Shopify. An order is confirmed once payment is authorized.

Custom products

Each portrait is made to order and personalized with your pet and name. Production starts shortly after payment, which limits cancellation options — see our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

Acceptable use

Do not upload photos of people without their consent, illegal content, or content you do not have rights to.
