Cancellation window

Every portrait is made to order. You can cancel for a full refund within 2 hours of payment — after that, production at Printful has usually started and the order can no longer be cancelled.

To cancel, email hello@petya.art with your order number as soon as possible.

If your print arrives damaged

If your framed print arrives damaged or with a printing defect, send us a photo of the damage within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint and reship it at no cost, or refund you in full.

If the portrait is not right

Because each piece is personalized, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If the AI result clearly missed your pet’s likeness, contact us — we will regenerate the portrait once, free of charge.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Shopify within 5–10 business days.
